The fastest way to earn a parent's trust is to send them their child's development plan before they ask for a meeting. Evaluation cadence makes that possible.

On the touchline

What it looks like on a Tuesday night.

Open the team. Tap Evaluate. Rate one player on one skill in 5 chips. Move to the next player. Most coaches finish a 14-player team in 12 minutes the first time, 6 minutes thereafter.

  • Big chips, thumb-zone CTA, one player per screen
  • Recommended Focus tells you what skill to rate today
  • No typing required. Voice notes optional, never required
The next morning

What the parent sees after you finish.

Same 29-skill rubric. Same plain-English plan. Attributed to you by name so the kid takes it seriously.

  • Their kid's first development plan, in 90 seconds
  • Same rubric every coach in their kid's life uses
  • No school-night drama. Just what to work on

Three questions you've asked yourself.

The squad of coaches we built this with pressure-tested every one. Real answers, no marketing-speak.

I'm leaving my club next season. What happens to my evals?

Your evals belong to you. Export anytime. Past reports stay accessible to parents and your old admin, but new evaluations follow you to wherever you coach next.

I coach a U10 and a U12. Will I get billed twice?

One coach, one account, all your teams. Up to 30 players free across as many teams as you carry. Past that, the club picks up the bill, not you.

Can I use this without my club knowing?

Yes. Independent coaches roster their own team privately. When parents ask your DOC about LaceUp, you can send them the club link.

“Structure and framework is great, and there's an element of gamification for the coach too. EXACTLY what I was looking for and what teams need.”

Independent coaches are the wedge into clubs

When parents ask your DOC about LaceUp, send them this link.

Your DOC seeing real parent reports from your team puts you on the leadership track. Copy the club-side link and drop it in your next DOC email.

Free for up to 30 players. Then it's on the club.

You shouldn't pay to coach. Independent coaches roster up to 30 players free across as many teams as you carry. Past that, the club picks up the bill.

The quick questions coaches ask first.

Do I need my club's permission to use LaceUp?

No. Independent coaches roster their own team and stay private until the club joins.

What does it cost me?

Up to 30 players is free for you. Past that, your club picks up the bill on a Starter, Pro, or Academy plan. You never personally pay.

How long does the first eval take?

About five minutes per player your first time. Closer to 90 seconds per player once you have a rhythm. The Recommended Focus card tells you which skill to rate today so you are not picking from 29 every session.

Can I import a roster?

Yes. CSV import works for any club roster format. Name + age band is enough to get started; the rest is optional.

What happens to my evals if I switch clubs next season?

Your account follows you. Past reports stay accessible to the parents and old admin. New evaluations attach to your new team. No transfer fee, no lock-in.
