Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every paid subscription, measured from the date of your first paid charge. If LaceUp is not useful to you within that window, email james@laceupsoccer.com and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to give a reason.

Refunds are typically processed within 2–3 business days on our side. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. There is no cancellation fee and no contract. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain full access until that date.

For parents with multiple children on separate subscriptions, each child’s subscription can be cancelled independently.

Outside the 30-Day Window

After the 30-day guarantee has lapsed, we do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and will not renew.

Free Trials

Some club plans include a free trial. You are not charged during the trial and can cancel before it ends with no impact. If you do not cancel, the subscription converts to paid and the 30-day money-back guarantee begins on the first paid charge.

Promotional Codes

Subscriptions started with a 100% discount promotional code (for example, comped access for team families) are not eligible for a cash refund because no payment was collected. You can cancel such a subscription at any time and access will end at the next renewal.
